Collection, consisting largely of records of the South family at Watervliet. Prominent among these records are seven volumes containing the "Record of the South Family" which was a daily record of events of the family. The volumes record the day's weather, the activites of individual family members and activities of the family as a whole. The record from 1915 to 1922 was compiled by Anna B. Goepper, for Annie Case, Eldress and Trustee. Also included in a memorandum of events of the Second Order, 1818-1836.
